Conditions, Information and Policy of Hostal del Mar
– VAT included in all prices provided by Hostal del Mar.
– A tourist tax of 1.32 euros applies per day per person, except for children under 16 years of age and from the 7th night onwards.
– Smoking is not permitted inside the Hostal.
– Check-in time from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
– Stag and hen parties are not accepted.
– Children under 10 years old are not allowed.
– Access to the rooms by stairs, there is no elevator.
– The previously contracted breakfast is served in the room.
– Limited reception hours. (Check schedule).
– Room keys must be handed in to reception before 12:00 noon (checkout), otherwise the guest will be charged the price of one night's stay.
– Cancellation Policy Applicable: If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 7 days before your arrival date, the property will not charge you. If you cancel or modify your reservation after this time, or if you do not show up, the property will charge 100% of your stay. For non-refundable reservations, no refunds will be issued.
– For the purposes of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data provided will be incorporated into a file for which Hostal del Mar is responsible. Its processing will be carried out to carry out the purpose of the activity of this company and will only be communicated or transferred to third parties related to it.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to Hostal del Mar at the address Passeig del Mar, 13 in Tossa de Mar. If at any time you wish to revoke your consent to any of the aforementioned points, you can also communicate by email to the address info@hostaldelmar.es
