Conditions, Information and Policy of Hostal del Mar
– VAT included in all prices provided by Hostal del Mar.
– Tourist tax of 0.66 euros, applies per day and person except children under 16 and from the 7th night.
– Smoking is not allowed inside the hostal.
– Check-in from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
– Stag and hen parties are not accepted.
– Children under 7 years old cannot be accommodated.
– Access to the rooms by stairs, there is no elevator.
– The previously contracted breakfast is served in the room.
– Limited reception hours. (Check schedule).
– The keys to the room must be delivered to the reception before 12 noon (Checkout), otherwise the client will be charged the price of one night’s stay.
– Applicable Cancellation Conditions: If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date, the establishment will not make any charges. If you cancel, modify the reservation after the deadline or do not show up, the establishment will charge 100% of the stay. In the event of a non-refundable reservation, the refund of the reservation will not be made.
– For the purposes of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data provided will be incorporated into a file for which Hostal del Mar is responsible. Its treatment will be carried out to carry out the purpose of the activity of this company and will only be communicated or transferred to third parties related to it.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to Hostal del Mar at the address Passeig del Mar, 13 in Tossa de Mar.
